Yes. There are two quotation types: a product/equipment quotation built from your own product list with GST, and a construction quotation with scope of work, technical specifications and stage-wise payment milestones.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer and can be added to your home screen like an app. Your field staff can use it on their phones.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
To send messages from the CRM, you connect your own WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. You remain the owner of the number, and Meta bills WhatsApp message charges directly to your business. Quotations and the rest of the CRM work without WhatsApp too.
Can I add my own products, rates and logo?
Yes. Each company has its own product list with photos, categories, units, rates and GST, plus its own logo, colours, cover page text and terms. You can also import products and leads from a CSV file.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Each business sees only its own data, and staff inside a company see only what their role allows.
