No. When you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Meta bills WhatsApp message charges directly to your business. The rest of the CRM works without WhatsApp.

Do you have monthly and yearly plans?
Plans are set per company. Ask us about monthly or yearly billing and any offer running at the time — we will send the exact cost in writing before you pay.
How do I buy PoolCo CRM?
Book a free demo or message us on WhatsApp. After the demo we set up your company, and you pay online, by UPI or by bank transfer.
How do I renew?
Your admin can see the plan, expiry date and renewal details inside the CRM, and pay online or by bank transfer / UPI.
